Travertine is a natural stone with a luxurious look. It can be used for a variety of projects, but due to its non-slip surface and ability to stay cool in hot weather, it is most commonly chosen for patios and pool decks. It has been said that travertine is two times stronger than concrete.
Travertine Pavers are 1 1/4" thick and are never polished. They create unique arrangements for outdoor flooring in areas like balconies, patios, around the pool and walkways. The landscaping industry also commonly uses travertine pavers. Both honed/chiseled edge travertine and tumbled travertine pavers are used for outdoor and landscaping projects, and are available in varying thicknesses and sizes.
