Sealing
Whether you have an older paver patio or newly laid paver patio, having it sealed is one of the best ways to preserve and restore. Sealer also protects your pavers from mold, oil stains, and dirt. It helps rejuvenate their appearance, giving them a newer look for a longer time.
Sealer will coat the pavers, providing a shield from rain and other moisture that can soak into the pavers and create mold. When sealer is applied, the moisture will simply bead on top of the paver until it evaporates. It does not cause the pavers to be slippery because they still have the same texture and feel of a paver that has not been sealed.

Cleaning
Cleaning your pavers can be simple and low maintenance. Simply use a pressure washer or hose to rinse pavers as needed. When we are restoring an older paver area it is important that we pressure wash the pavers prior to sealing them. It is important not to seal in anything that could potentially cause stains, erosion, or mold.
Polymeric Sand
Sand in the joints of your pavers can wash out over time. Sometimes ant beds and weeds attempt to grow in the areas between the joints. To prevent this from occurring we recommend Polymeric Sand. Polymeric Sand is brushed into the joints just like regular sand. Once the sand is wet, it will harden in the joints, preventing anything from growing in between the pavers.
